I really enjoyed clean and beautifully designed room here.
the location was great and magnificent - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. it was located in a nice area not far from other restaurants in the area, the nearest metro and the best restaurants, bars, a lovely base for us.

I appreciated the food, it was brilliant. The location in a calm area was marvellous. The employees were exceptionally nice and kept it all reasonably clean.

Check-in experience was rushed and unprofessional!!! Room smelled musty and had inconsistent hot water!!! Debris from repairs cluttered hallways, impacting overall comfort!!!

The twin room was bright with a jaccuzzi, the bed was good. Very impressed with climate control, a personal safe and multi-channel TV available.

I had such great days staying at this brand-new hotel. The whole room was reasonably spacious and fashionable with a jaccuzzi and CNN, for example. The staff were very very nice day and night. The breakfast was good, they served cheap meals.

The breakfast buffet impressed me. Plenty of options and delicious selections. The hotel's location feels safe and quiet. Customer service stood out. Faber and Camilo were helpful. The shower had low water pressure was great. I received only one key for two travelers, inconvenient.

Great value family experience
The staff was super friendly like really! Especially at breakfast, they catered to our every need. We even got to buy a bottle of wine when the bar was closed, a nice touch!
The stay wasn't exactly a bargain but worth it.

The venue is amazing and good looking. Incredibly welcoming staff. Incredibly comfortable. Absolutely perfect location so close to the airport and highway. Other restaurants in the area. Medellin at first.
